Meda Merritt , Lead Certified Event Planner, Co-Owner
Meda is a Dallas, Texas native with a B.S. in Sports Medicine from the University of Tulsa. Tulsa is also where the passion grew for hosting, decorating and planning events. She took her passion and turned into a business. Starting with gatherings for family members and friends and eventually grew into gaining clients.
Meda begin to further develop her craft by becoming a certified event planner to ensure to bring her clients the most optimal experience.
Her greatest strengths are oversight, insight and foresight, with the clients ultimate goal of a successful event in mind. Meda's hobbies includes traveling, decorating and spending time with her family.
Jaii Nelson, Certified Event Planner, Co-Owner
Jaii is a planner by nature. She was creating itineraries for friends and organizing everything, long before she joined her friend in creating Infinity Concepts. Her genuine passion for organization, planning, and seeing clients genuinely smile, as well as a constant calm and patient demeanor, are just some of the reasons her clients and vendor partners adore her.
Jaii grew up in Dallas, Texas and earned her Bachelor's in Marketing/Communication with a minor in Advertising from the University of Tulsa.
Jaii’s biggest strengths is to take an idea and turn it into a grand reality. When Jaii isn’t planning an event, she’s working on her masters and spending time with family and friends.
